OUR PROCESS

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION

    This critical phase sets the tone for the entire project. We take time to consider your goals and budget, as well as current building codes to determine realistic expectations and a plan moving forward.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Once the Pre-construction Phase is complete, it’s time to execute the plan. We coordinate with all parties to manage work flow while prioritizing safety, communication, and quality control.
